mcgw with HTTP input

Hello, I've been trying to modify mcgw (hacked getstream by Frederick to ack as a MPEG TS proxy posted here some time ago) so it could accept HTTP input (not only RTP). I've done connecting and setting up callback function. Proxy works, but stream is corrupted as hell. I think the problem is the callback function, that TS is sent through HTTP as some 'chunked' data and it should be "extracted" prior to putting it into output_send_http but I have no clue how to accomplish that. I've been experimenting much, but here is the simplest callback to just read and pass everything to http output. CPU Usage with USB Stick DVB-T

Hello, I'm using getstream to broadcast (with multicast and http) DVB-T my network (~1000 PC). When i tested getstream on my test server it was great : - Great quality - Simple to set up - Very light and efficient But since i use it on my production server (P4 1.5Ghz / 512 Mo) my 4 getstream process are using around 20 or 25 % CPU each, and the load average goes up to 3. i'm using the version getstream2-20080426.tgz available in debian squeeze repository. Any idea on why is getstream using so much CPU on this P4 ? Thanks PS: Sorry for my english

How to multicast with EPG data?

Greetings, I'm looking for a tip how to pass original EPG from DVB-S into the multicast, the only piece I've found was there is a pipe involved for that? Anyone can elaborate on the process? Thanks, Vahan

Hi, I use sometime getstream for FTA streaming. I will test getstream with CI/CA patch for streaming. getstream crypted channesl support?

Hi, I'm using getstream for more than a year, it's fast, and stable. But the problem is it has not any crypted channels support. Is there any cam/card support for get stream? any patch or idea, or plan? I got a technisat card with its cam support board, and I need this really hard, because each time I should switch to windows. getstream + CI/CAM first tests

Hello everybody, I'm glad to inform about successful tests of latest CI/CAM patches - but with one issue: I have to first run VLC to run and decode interesting channel, kill it and THEN run getstream. If I run getstream without first run of VLC - I have no output and no error messages. If I do rmmod/modprobe dvb_ttpci I have to run VLC again before running getstream. My setup: - Ubuntu Intrepid @NFS, stock kernel 2.6.27-13-generic - TT Premium-S C-1500 (?) with CI slot. - getstream from repo, latest CI/CAM patch with g_threads_init fixes. CAM tested: - aston crypt - nagravision 3 More to come. It works fine for 6 hours now: ps aux: root 5719 3.3 0.3 28572 1976 pts/0 Sl+ 17:44 12:22 ./getstream/getstream -c config.travel top: 5719 root 20 0 28572 1976 1056 R 3.9 0.4 12:23.23 getstream Tomorrow I'll send some debug output, I'm just dropping this mail so you could tell me some hints how to test this weird behaviour. Some initialization problems? I wish to test it with my TT-S3200+CI DVB-S2 card, hope that CI patch is compatible with multiproto?
