Example:
DVB-T card is tuned to 638MHz and getstream is on. When connection cames requesting channel from multiplex on 538 MHz, getstream retunes DVB-T to 538MHz and starts streaming.
You'd better be using VDR with streamdev plugin or something for this. getstream was designed for servicing Multicast scenarios where you have no control about the listeners so tuning to a different transponder is no real option.
