The NIT signaling is not a program, so ignore it. The entry parser loop should not parse the CRC field as PAT entry.

My guess is that this is the real cause for the PMT PID = 0 problem. Once we stumble upon the CRC and its a valid PNR we use the u16 afterwards as the PMTs PID. Committed ...
