Its not the scope of getstream - getstream was designed to efficiently
take the DVB transponder - probabably demux it into individual streams
and multicast it. There are applications where people then use the
multicast to downscale it and remulticast it on the wire.
From my perspective CPU intensive tasks like downscaling/reencoding
and handling a bitstream with low latency does not mix on the same
CPU ... Either you increase latency or you drop packets ...
So in my eyes it makes sense to split those tasks onto different
entities ...
