Prior to S2API the Multiproto API by Manu Abraham was the only
API to support DVB-S2 - Multiproto got dropped and replaced by 
S2API which i didnt have time to look at.

No way with S2API - And there should be example configs in the tarball
and a README describing some options - Patches as always welcome.
