Tag kombinationen auf wegen/highway

Ich habe eben mal noch drangebaut das alle access tags auf öffentlichen
Straßen auf private/permissive durchsucht werden.

Ich halte das für sehr seltsam wenn eine unclassified
mit einem mal ein motor_vehicle=private/customers/permissive
trägt - Es ist schliesslich eine öffentliche Straße.

Ich halte das tagging für kaputt - Das access= muss mindestens
da runter und insgesamt würde mich die Beschilderung mal
interessieren. Hier der output - Das ist noch nicht online.

Auch die ganzen Straßen auf dem Truppenübungsplatz tragen ein permissive
oder private. Ich frage mich was das soll.
