access restrictions

Hi,
ich habe da so ein wenig weiter gebaut und hab echt nen problem
einen ordentlichen access restriction validator zu bauen.

Ich habe daraufhin mal alle Kombinationen von access restrictions die
ich in OWL gefunden habe gedumped. Es sind 2400 unterschiedliche
kombinationen.

Hier mal die liste - Es ist immer der highway und dann alle tags die für
access restrictions zuständig sind.
